This class is designed for the youth and young adults to face and examine the battles and illicit thoughts that oppress the mind and how it affects their everyday lives. Scripture tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Having a sound mind is a key component to restoration and living the abundant life God promised.
